LATEST signing Mark Jackson came is well known to us, He was here a couple of years ago when he left Leigh RMI and he has proven himself as a goalscorer I’m sure he will fit in with the way we play as he is sharp and has a fantastic eye for goal.

His build up play is great and he is good on the wing.

We do like to play a 4-4-2 formation and I still believe Alex Taylor is the best in front of goal in this division by miles and Mark will help the way he plays.

Jack Smith, from FC Sheffield Reserves has been on trial lately and has great ability. I am hoping to sign him before our next match but he can play on the wing or at centre forward.

He trained with us this week and his finishing was unbelievable and I think he could be one for the future.

We are hoping to get Monday’s game against FC United on at the minute. We can’t help the weather but we will be shifting the snow to try to get the pitch defrosted.

Monday offers a massive financial boost for the club with more than 2,000 fans expected and we just want to ask the fans to keep their voices over Christmas ready for the match.

At present we are can be rated better than our league position. We are 13th for a reason, but we should be number one, two or three and we will be aiming for a big month to start 2011.
