HOSTS Dallam Schools emerged with three champions from the South Lakes District Schools Cross Country Trial held last Tuesday.
James Knox (inter boys), Joe Till (minor boys) and Sarah Thompson (junior girls) were all winners.
Kirkbie Kendal had two winners in Lauren Munro-Bennett (inter girls) and Chris Richards (junior boys).
Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale showed strength in depth with four team-race victories.
Individual winners and the 1-2-3 in each category were: Senior Boys - 1 Luke Ingham (Queen Kath), 2 Sam Fisher (Sedbergh School), 3 Jos Addison (Kirkbie Kendal).
Senior Girls - 1 Mel Hyder (Sedbergh School, 2 Charlotte Rickards (Queen Eiz), 3 Kaite May (Sedbergh School).
Inter Boys - 1 James Knox (Dallam), 2 Robbie Ingham (Queen Kath), 3 Tom Hartley (Queen Kath).
Inter Girls - 1 Lauren Munro-Bennett (Kirkbie Kendal), 2 Sarah Cheeseborough (Sedbergh School), 3 Eilidh Sproul (Sedbergh School).
Junior Boys - 1 Chris Richards (Kirkbie Kendal), 2 Brandon Croskell-Robinson (Kirkbie Kendal), 3 Mark Sullivan (Queen Kath).
Junior Girls - 1 Sarah Thompson (Dallam), 2 Bella Gray (Coniston), 3 Chloe Halhead (Queen Elizabeth).
Minor Boys - 1 Joe Till (Dallam), 2 Harry Huddleston (Queen Elizabeth), 3 Ben Kent (Lakes School).
Minor Girls - 1 Ellie Lambert (Queen Eliz), 2 Molly Newton O'Brian (Coniston), 3 Heidi Murray (Queen Katherine).
