Kendal Town have sold striker Danny Rowe to Blue Square Conference side Fleetwood Town.
The former Manchester United schoolboy signed for the Highbury club who play two leagues above Kendal after he passed a medical on Thursday afternoon.
Rowe, 21, has proved his marksman credentials this season and goes to Fleetwood with a good grounding having spent his teenage years with Preston North End.
He said: “I’m glad to join Fleetwood Town and I’m looking forward to proving myself at this level. I’ll also contribute with plenty of goals having already put away nine for Kendal in the Evo-Stick Premier.
"I know Fleetwood are a good club who are going places. The lads are a good bunch and I can’t wait to wear a red and white shirt.”

Kendal Town Chairman Haydon Munslow commented: "I am sorry to see Danny Rowe move on and he will be a great loss to the squad. I do not want to stand in the way though of Danny’s personal progress.
"In particular I want to pay tribute to Lee Ashcroft our Manager who spotted Danny’s exceptional talent, brought him to Kendal and coached him to achieve the level of performances that has so impressed Fleetwood Town.
Midfielder Nathan Pond will move to Kendal for a short loan period as part of the sale deal.
