Endmoor went into this game on the back of three straight victories in all competitions and created plenty of early chances in the only division one fixture on Saturday.

But they couldn’t break the deadlock until the 25th minute when Scott O’Callaghan followed up a Joe Wharton header off the bar to give the hosts a 1-0 lead.

It was 2-0 just before half time when Shane Lambert played in Sean Atkinson, who cooly slotted past the onrushing keeper and Atkinson made it 3-0 from six yards shortly after half time.

O'Callaghan was again the provider for the fourth, this time setting up sub Dom Johnson who finished well one on one.

With 20 minutes left an inswinging cross was glanced on by Scott Frazer, which went in for the fifth off from a Shap deflection and Graham Cowperthwaite sent in a low cross for Johnson to complete the 6-0 win.

Coniston were outplayed as they lost 2-1 at Alston Moor in division two.

The hosts took a 2-0 lead as they had the upper hand on Coniston and they could have had more.

Dave Cooper pulled a goal back after holding off his defender and chipping into the net late on but despite pushing for an equaliser it was not forthcoming.

Cup round-up A Lloyd Trippitt hat-trick put Staveley United into the quarter-finals of the Senior Cup as they punished Keswick on the counter attack.

United went ahead in the opening 15 minutes as Trippitt finished a flowing passing move by half-volleying home a left wing cross.

Keswick equalised soon after and it took United until the 65th minute to retake the lead - when Scott O’Sullivan headed an Adam Thwaites cross into the far corner.

Keswick pressed for a leveller late on which allowed Trippitt to run through one on one with the keeper for number three, and it was four on 85 minutes when Trippitt broke free and scored, 4-1 the final score.

And it was the same result for Kendal Celtic at home to Carvetii United.

Joshua Jolley's tap in from close range gave Celtic a good start but Carvetii got back on level terms mid way through the first half when they caught the Celtic defence napping.

Celtic improved in the second half and a Marc Brewer header restored the lead.

Celtic extended their advantage when Krzyzstof Wronski turned sharply and rifled the ball past the Carvetii keeper from the edge of the box and the game was wrapped up when Danny Collins reacted first to a rebound when Carvetii's keeper saved Brewer's goal bound lob.

Ibis crashed out of the cup with a 6-1 home defeat to Wetheriggs United, Lee Jolley scoring the hosts only goal.

Burneside progressed to the quarter final of the Benevolent Trophy with a hard fought 2-1 win at second division Windermere.

Starting brightly Burneside took the lead after 20 minutes when Sam Davies' pin point cross found Matty Atkinson at the far post with a free header.

But Windermere came back into the game and equalised just before the break when a swift counter attack left Windermere’s Reece Barnes unmarked to finish from six yards.

Burneside won the game two minutes into the second half when Davies unleashed an unstoppable drive into the top left corner from 25 yards out.

Fellow North Lancs outfit Cartmel and District Reserves also progressed as they put seven goals past Penrith Rangers Reserves.
