FROST ruled out Milnthorpe Corinthians' West Lancs League First Divison match with Whinney Hill but BAE Barrow SC, second placed in the divison, beat rivals Bootle 1-0. Lee O'Keefe netted the winner on a heavy pitch at Bootle while BAE keeper John Clark was in outstanding form.
Crooklands Casuals were home to Millom and beat them 3-1 through Adam Singleton (2) and a Sean Wharton penalty. Mike Brown was the visitors' marksman.
In Division Two, GSK Ulverston Rangers hosted Thornton Cleveleys who won 3-2, John Rattigan scored both Ulverston goals.
Askam United travelled to Mill Hill St Peter and were beaten 2-1, Gary Foxton scoring the Askam consolation.
Furness Cavaliers had a Challenge Cup tie at Bolton County where they lost 5-1.
In the Premier Division, Dalton United lost 3-2 at Eagley.
