KENDAL Town FC have two home fixtures this week, starting on Saturday with a UniBond League Division 1 match against Belper Town at Parkside (3pm).
Town are in action in the United Co-op Lancashire Cup on Tuesday evening when hosts to Radcliffe Borough (7.45pm kick-off).
In Rugby Union, Kendal's First XV hopes to break their National League duck this season when Macclesfield visit Mint Bridge on Saturday.
The match kicks off at the earlier time of 2pm now that we are in December.
Also at home are Kirkby Lonsdale (BAE Barrow) and Windermere (Greengarth).
Kendal men's hockey team have a North-West Men's League match against Springfields at the Cinder Ovens on Saturday (2.30pm).
The Coppermines Grizedale Rally one of the highlights on the local rally scene takes place from its Coniston base on Saturday, starting from 9.15am.
