"FOR the first half hour at Guiseley I felt they were a very good side and we would do well to stay in the game, but the longer it went on we showed our true colours and very early in Tuesday's replay I felt they were not up for it," said Town boss Tony Hesketh.
"As soon as we got the bit between out teeth, with our quality and strength and tons of desire to win, they quickly laid down.
"I thought Nigel Taylor was superb. Clarke, their centre-forward at 6ft 5in is a handful for anybody, but Taylor and Dene Whittal-Williams kept him under control.
"We reshuffled the back four completely for the replay. I put Sparrow out on the right to look after Mark Stuart and switched Paul Rigby over to the left as they both had the pace to cover the wingers, but all the back four were outstanding and stuck to their task manfully.
"Up front Ashcroft and Foster worked tirelessly up front and there was plenty of skill shown as they created chances for each other.
"It was a great team performance, everyone did their job and we were streets ahead.
"Stuart Cliff will be out for up to four weeks with his hamstring injury and on Saturday we lost Ricky Mercer with what could be torn ligaments and a knee problem.
"Ian Kilford has a one-match suspension this weekend, so the three midfield players who started against Guiseley last Saturday are all out for this weekend's home league match with Woodley Sports.
"Fortunately we have a quality squad with people like Kenny Mayers, Chris Ward, Paul Osborne and Peter Smith on the bench.
"You have to enjoy your cup runs, but keep a sense of realism and the league is our bread and butter. We have got to respect Woodley. They are couple of games behind, but if they win them they will be up with the rest of the leading clubs. They are a very attacking side with a lot of pace and will be a tough nut to crack.
"The support that travelled to Guiseley was great. They were extremely vocal and we finished the job off for them on Tuesday in some style."
