Kendal Town 4, Guiseley 0.
Two goals in either half have earned Kendal Town an away trip to Worcester in the second round of the FA Trophy.
It was only a penalty three minutes from time on Saturday that earned Town a replay from a 2-2 draw with their UniBond League Premier Division opponents.
But First Division Town were rampant on their home ground tonight and the visitors were scarcely in the match.
David Foster opened the scoring with a 10-yard drive on 19 minutes and on the half-hour Ged Smith beat the keeper from the edge of the area.
Two minutes into the second half Russ McKenna effectively put the tie beyond Guiseley when he pushed in Ged Smith corner to the back post from two yards.
Lee Ashcroft gave a repeat performance of the way he earned a replay at the weekend by hammering home a penalty kick in the dying minutes.
On Saturday Town return to league action with a home game against Woodley Sports. Kick-off is at 3pm.
