DALTON United continued their good form in the Premier Division of the Aegon West Lancashire League with a 1-0 home win against Barnoldswick, Dave Mansergh netting.
In Division One bottom of the table Milnthorpe Corinthians slumped to yet another defeat, losing 7-1 to Bootle. Scott Redhead (2), Craig Redhead, Stuart Lancaster (2) and Andy Waugh (2) scored for the West Cumbrians.
Crooklands Casuals visited Blackpool Wren Rovers and were beaten 3-0, while Millom travelled to Bolton to face Tempest United and went down 6-1.
In Division Two, Sam Alexander took the points for Askam in a 1-0 away victory over GSK Ulverston Rangers.
