Westmorland Triathletes have been busy racing over recent weeks.
Chris Rhodes won his age group race at the Chester Triathlon to become North-west Champion.
Several members raced at the Ripon triathlon, which was also the club championship for Westmorland Triathletes Club. Chris Rhodes finished third overall in 2hours 3min 20sec. In the club championship, held on a handicap system Paddy Finn became the male club Champion and Ann Hurst female champion.
The race was a1500m swim, 40 km bike ride and 10 km run.

Chris Rhodes won his age group race at the recent Salford and former Westmorland triahlete Colin Hill was second.
In the sprint event, 17-year-old Johnathan Pryke came first over distance of 750m swim 20km bike and 5km run.
The next event for the club is the Gullane standard distance event tomorrow.
