BARROW beat Fleetwood in the Cockspur Cup National Knockout on fewest wickets lost after the sides tied after Barrow made 185-8 and Fleetwood were 185 all out.
Barrow hosted Preston in the Northern Premier League and lost by two wickets. Batting first, Barrow were dismissed for 148, Paul Wilcock top-scoring with 29 and M. Parekh taking 6-34.
In reply Preston made 149-8 with Akbar 29 and Peter Lawson taking 3-79 and Daryl Wearing 3-28.
Haverigg were knocked off the top of the Thwaites Beers North Lancashire and Cumbria Cricket League Premier Division by Cleator who beat them by ten wickets.
Put in to bat at the Donald Campbell Memorial Ground, Haverigg could only muster 114, opener Robert Bell the top scorer with 34, Elroy Powell returning 4-25, Ian Clark 2-29 and David Bell 2-25 as the Poolsiders dropped to third place.
Cleator knocked off the required runs in 23 overs, 16-year-old schoolboy Darren Clark top scoring with 66 (eight 4s) and fellow opener Paul Nelson 44 (eight 4s), for a ten-wicket win with a score of 115-0, to move to second place.
Millom regained pole position with a 73-run win at home to Whitehaven, batting first to score 207-7, opener Ryan Brown top scoring with 68, Stuart Swallow 44 and skipper Dominic Connor 31, Robert Smith 3-69.
Whitehaven were then dismissed for 134, Narsingh Deoranine 54, Jonathon Bruce 22, Gary Heasley returning 4-18, Whitehaven dropping from third to fourth place.
Furness visited Wigton's Low Moor Road and won by five wickets after the home side scored 178, Bobby Sherlock top -scoring with 60 supported by Mark Gillespie with 32, Wilem Du Toit returning 6-39, Stuart Horne 2-40 and Alan Sippy 2-35.
The visitors won through a magnificent undefeated knock of 102 by Alan Sippy in a winning total of 182-5, supported by 35 from Stuart Horne.
Lindal Moor visited Cockermouth's Sandair Ground and won by three wickets after the home side had scored 218-6, Riffat Ullah blasting 97, Dave Watson 31 not out.
Lindal replied with a winning 219-7, Esuan Crandon hitting 119 not out and Paul Satterthwaite 33, James Tinknell taking 2-45.
Vickerstown were on Rainey Park to face Carlisle who beat them by two wickets after the home side had scored 173-9, Gary McGlown again in superb form with an undefeated 64, Simon Plevin returning 6-29.
Carlisle scored a winning 177-8 with opener Mike Battersby making 66 and Richard Bamber 35, Kenroy Peters taking 3-29 and Matthew Roskell 3-44.
BAE Systems SC retained top spot in Division One with a winning draw at Duddon SC after scoring 159-8, Paul Boast 39, Steve Hannaway 26 not out.
The home side then gained a losing draw with 140-6, Keith Hibbert 47, Liam Cribbin 24, Chris Brookshaw 19 and Pushpakumara 3-48.
Dalton visited Carnforth's Lodge Quarry ground and won by six wickets after the home side had scored 184-9, Atiq Zaman 80, Darren Moore 52, Justin Quint 4-32.
In reply, Dalton scored 185-4, to move into second place, opener Ian Gibson 49, Sam Costa 43, Justin Quint 47, and Dave Mansergh 23, Robert Parker taking 2-29.
Surprise team of the season to date, Kirkby were at home to Cleator A who they beat by 54 runs, after being dismissed for 125, John Keen 35 and Paul Fugler 35.
Cleator seconds were then dismissed for 71, Mark Etchells taking 5-30.
Ulverston were at home to Egremont and gained a winning draw after scoring 232-6, Neil Atkinson scoring 59, Marcus Brown 45, and Stuart Cooper 31.
Egremont then struggled to 126-4, Justin Norman 69 not out.
Appleby Eden hosted the visit of Penrith who beat them by seven wickets after they had scored 189-9, Matthew Webb returning 4-41. Penrith replied with 192-3, Nicky Burns 64 not out and Andy Hall 55, Richard Ellwood 2-48.
