NEXT season Kendal Town will have to adjust to life in a new-look UniBond First Division, made up of clubs in the bottom half of the current table and ambitious newcomers who have seized the chance for an easy promotion from the North West Counties Leauge.
Some of those clubs, such as Eastwood Town and Ossett Albion are no strangers to Parkside as they were regular visitors before being relegated in past seasons.
There are new faces, however, such as Midlanders Shepshed Dynamo, who are based near Leicester; Woodley Sports, of Manchester; Rocester, in East Staffordshire; and Spalding United, from far away Lincolnshire.
The full make-up of the new UniBond First Division is expected to be: Brigg Town, Chorley, Clitheroe, Colwyn Bay, Eastwood Town, Gresley Rovers, Ilkeston Town, Kendal Town, Kidsgrove Athletic, Mossley, North Ferriby United, Ossett Albion, Ossett Town, Rocester, Rossendale United, Shepshed Dynamo, Spalding United, Stocksbridge Park Steel, Warrington Town, Willenhall Town, Woodley Sports.
