Division Two action brought a 1-0 home win for Furness Cavaliers over BAE Canberra, with Mark Gladdery scoring.
Furness Rovers' chance of talking pole position disappeared in a 5-1 home defeat by top dogs Aspull. Steve Crompeton netted the Rovers goal.
Askam United beat third-placed Stoneclough 3-0, with Gary Foxton (2) and Jabba Jones netting for Ged Dixon's Lancashire Amateur Shield semi-finalists.
GSK Ulverston Rangers were at Todmorden Borough and lost 3-1, with Andrew Frazer their scorer.
