Two goals in either half condemned Kendal Town to a 12th successive defeat.
The Yorkshire side dominated the game from the outset with Illingworth scoring in the fourth minute.
Stuart added as second on 37 minutes and Guisley went on to put the matdch beyond Kendal's graps with further goals by Henry (80 minutes) and Illingworth (90)
Manager Tony Hesketh must now try and sort things out before fourth-placed Leek Town visit Parkside on Saturday.
Kendal are two points behind Osset at the foot of the table and all four teams above them have games in hand.
