KENDAL Town have enjoyed great success in their first two pre-season matches scoring eleven goals over the contests.
The Mintcakes made a splash as they returned to action ahead of the new season which will begin on July 30.
Jimmy Marshall's new look team have impressed winning three out of their four pre season matches where their only defeat came after losing 9-0 to League two side Carlisle United at Parkside Road.
Kendal regained their good form following a resounding 8-1 win at Caton United on Saturday where Steven Yawson scored a hat trick. Nathan Hankinson who also joined the Club from Milnthorpe Corinthians scored twice, while Dylan Mobbs who played for the club at the back end of last season helped himself to a brace.
Kendal debutant Lynch was also on target in an impressive win against a difficult team to play especially on their home turf.
On Tuesday night Kendal defeated Slyne With Hest 3-2, where Dylan Mobbs, Steve Yawson and Rob Wilson were on target.
Kendal dominated the game and were worth winners while Steve Yawsons 20 yard effort was the highlight of a good performance.
The Mintcakes next game is on Saturday as they host Carlisle City before welcoming a Fleetwood Town eleven on Tuesday Night.
