FOUR-WICKET hauls from both Kuldeep Singh and Toby Tyson saw Kendal go third in The Northern Cricket League after they won by eight wickets at Longridge.
Both Singh and Tyson were in relentless form during the first innings after Longridge were bowled out for just 91 off 38.4 overs.
And with such a small total on the board Chalana Da Silva's undefeated 37 off just 10 balls as well as Chris Millers 34 off 36 saw Kendal close on 97-2 off 13.4 overs.
Kendal who won the toss and elected to bowl saw the returning Toby Tyson rip through Longridge's top order after they were reduced to 20-3.
They continued to dominate the hosts after Da Silva trapped Daniel Wilson LBW while Kuldeep Singh bowled Thomas Turner with Longridge now in further trouble on 48-7, before going all out for 91.
Kendal lost the early wicket of Darren Nightingale after he was caught and bowled by Jonathan Millward.
Chris Miller's knock of 34 and Harry Lees 23 saw Kendal seize control as they raced onto 56 before Miller was caught by Thomas Turner off the bowling of Ian Simpson.
However, Da Silva's quick-fire undefeated knock of 37 off just 10 balls eased Kendal to victory after they closed on 97-2 in just 13.4 overs.
Kendal then played Longridge again on Sunday during a t20 game.
