KENDAL fans have given their thoughts on the Euros 2020 England and Scotland football game. 

In the town centre, England fan James said: "I think we'll do alright. I think we'll beat them 3-1.

"Goals could come from anywhere really. Kane has got to get one hasn't he. He's not had one yet."

Another fan said: "I think we'll win but not sure by how much. At least one goal."

Two other supports said that England will win by at least two, and they couldn't see Scotland scoring this game. 

England and Scotland have a football rivalry dating back 1872, and is the oldest international fixture in the world.

Another member of the public, Damien said: "I'm not sure we'll win the whole competition but we'll definitely beat Scotland. I hope."
