DIVISION One of the West Lancashire League saw the Milnthorpe Corinthians pick up a hard-fought draw at Hawcoat Park this week.
Ending on 1-1, the Corinthians opened the game with a goal from Simon Wearing.
However, Hawcoat soon equalised after following a close-range finish by former Kendal Town player Nathan Cloudsdale.
Division Two came with unfortunate results for Kendal United as they lost their second consecutive game against Rossendale.
Despite the talent that was on the field, the game ended in a 3-1 defeat for the Cumbrian side.
Joe Hodgson scored again for his team, and the game began with Kendal standing one nil over their opponents.
However, Scott Wilder equalised for Rossendale on the stroke of half time for the visitors.
Kendal had to play without their first-choice keeper for a majority of the second half where Club captain Bailey Kenny had to deputise between the sticks.
Despite his best efforts Rossendale edged to victory following goals by Joel Howarth and Tom Hugh.
Another draw came from Cartmel and District after a 1-1 result against Storeys.
Cartmel's goal came courtesy of Morgan Dennison.
Meanwhile Carnforth Rangers were able to come away with their first win of the season so far by defeating Garstang Reserves in a heated 4-2 match.
Former Kendal Town player Rick Sear scored twice for Garstang who went 2-0 up before goals from Damo Murphy, Cameron Holmes, Finley Lynch and Joe Jobling saw Carnforth battle back for the win.
Division Three of the League saw Corinthians lose to Lytham Town after a 3-2 result, despite Will Booth scoring for Corinthians.

It will be a home game against Hawcoat Park.
Milnthorpe Corinthians will be away against Hesketh Bank, Kendal United are to host Storeys and Carnforth Rangers travel to Burscough Dynamoes.
