The coronavirus pandemic didn’t stop The James Cropper Westmorland League while the County Cup semi-finals were also played on what turned out to be a good afternoon of action.
With the semi-finals being the main attraction, both Kendal County and Milnthorpe avoided potential cup upsets after they progressed into the final which will be held at Kendal Town’s ground once action is cleared to resume.

And Milnthorpe made it 2-0 four minutes before half time following a volley by Andy Todd which left the keeper stranded.
Milnthorpe continued to dominate in the second half with goals from Elliott Bousfield, Simon Wearing and Steven Yawson.
