Kendal County drew 1-1 at West Lancashire League Division One Leaders Leyland United. Connor Walmsley opened the scoring for Kendal after 58 minutes however Leyland equalized 9 minutes later when Daniel Cooper scored.
Milnthorpe Corinthians routed Askam United 4-0, while in Division Two Kendal United lost 3-1 to Dalton United at Castle Drive. Joel Scales opened the scoring for United after 26 minutes, however Dalton equalized 2 minutes later when Gareth Jones scored from close range.
However Dalton pulled away from the hosts in the second half before goals by Danny Leach and Gareth Jones sealed the points.
In West Lancashire Reserve Division two Milnthorpe Corinthian Reserve lost 10-1 at Coppull United Reserve. Corinthians who fielded a depleted side struggled when hat tricks by A Dodoaca and A jones eased the hosts to victory. Milnthorpe did however grab a consolation when young 16 year old Jamie Heddle scored.
Kendal County entertain Ulverston Rangers at the weekend, while Milnthorpe Corinthians travel to play Eagley.
Kendal United are away to Charnock Richards Reserve in Division Two while Milnthorpe Corinthians Reserves entertain Lytham Town!
