CUMBRIA RUFC bring Steve Wood, unavailable last weekend, back at centre for the County Championship ShieldCentr match with Warwickshire at Carlisle on Saturday.
In another change, Chris Tweddle comes at prop for Steve Stamper, who moves to the bench.
"I was really pleased with the way we played last weekend against Northumberland," said Cumbria Team Manager Mark Richardson: "We conceded three early tries through mistakes and couldn't quite hold onto them later on, but we fought back well after giving away 17 points. I thought our young fly-half Robert Miller, who collected 22 points, was outstanding and the back-row play was excellent.
"That said, Warwickshire opened with a good win and they'll be travelling North with plpnty of confidence, so I'm expecting a tough game."
Cumbria (v Warwickshire at Carlisle, 3pm): Sean Hanner (Manchester); Louis Boyd (Carlisle), Martin Armstrong (Penrith), Steve Wood (Carlisle), John Lidell (Kendal); Chris Tweddle (Aspatria), Joe Graham (Carlisle), Billy Coxon (Kendal), Robert Dawson (Penrith), Paul Lowes (Penrith), Gary Hodgson (Aspatria), Daniel Bowman (Fylde), Simon Jewit (Carlisle).
