Chester 46, Kendal 5.
Kendal's dismal away form continued on Saturday as lowly Chester improved their chances of North Division One North survival by trouncing Kendal 46-5.
Kendal now look certain to end the season mid-table, but still have one major hope for silverware when they entertain Penrith at Mint Bridge on Easter Saturday in the semi-finals of the Cumbria Cup.
The winner of that match will meet Carlisle in the final.
