"WITHOUT doubt Saturday's display will stand us in great stead for the task facing the club over the remainder of the season.
There's a spark about how we do things and it shows in training and more importantly on match days.
Players were quiet when I took over, but now there is an excellent spirit in the squad.
We have had plenty of changes - just two faces remained on Saturday from the last match when Tony Hesketh was in charge.
"We have got a quality squad together and as people get to know each how to play off each other, we can expect better to come.
"I would like to welcome Lee Mulvaney to the club from Marine, "He's a player who I think should be playing in the Football League - that's how highly I rate him.
"But it was not just Lee or strikers Peter Wright and Gareth Arnison, who scored the goals, who deserve the praise. The whole 14-man squad were fantastic and deserve your support.
" So get down to the next two home games at the Planet C and cheer us on!"
