PENRITH-based driver Paul and co-driver Andy Richardson triumphed in the Malcolm Wilson Rally, based from Cockermouth.
It was Bird's third win in the event, having won it last year.
He beat Perez and Ingram, in second and third respectively, to win by 20 seconds in the Stobart VK and Vent Axia backed Suburu Impreza.
