Alleged drug driver to appear in court
A KENDAL man accused of drug driving is due to appear in court this week.
Jordan David Thexton, of Drovers Drive, has been charged with drug driving after allegedly driving on Singleton Park Road when having Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in his blood at a level higher than the legal limit.
The alleged offence dates back to December 2, 2020 in Kendal.
The 26-year-old is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on June 29.
