A 17th century inn has been sold after being offered for a guide price of £295,000.
The Black Bull Inn, at Nateby, near Kirkby Stephen has been acquired by Nick and Gaynor Walker who have moved from North Shields.
Haydn Spedding, of Colliers International, said: “Despite the difficult market conditions, the sale of The Black Bull Inn underlines the continuing confidence in the Cumbria market.”
The inn has been extended over the years, with a bar, dining room, five suite bedrooms and self-contained owners’ accommodation.”
