CIRCUS acts, lawn games and pram racing were among a few of the highlights revellers got to enjoy at Sedbergh's spectacular Diamond Jubilee bash.
Tightrope walking, theatre acts and Sedbergh Town Band, dazzled crowds during the town's celebrations to mark the Queen's 60th anniversary on the throne.
Four teams decorated prams ready for the town's one mile race which was won by three Sedbergh men, Hayden Davies, 46, John Richardson, 34,, Ben Maunder, 29, all dressed in Jubilee attire.
Jonathan Hailey who organised the race said it was a 'lot of fun'
"It's a bit different," said Mr Hailey. "The town use to have pram races during its gala so I thought it would be quite good to bring it back."
Connect Four, Jenga and Croquet, was being played by all ages outside St Andrew's Church. There was also a treasure hunt and bouncy castles on offer to entertain the children.
Hilary Hodge, chairman of the parish council said: "It's a fantastic day for Sedbergh. We couldn't have asked for better weather or a better turn out."
