FOUR South Lakeland schools have received thousands of pounds from the Church of England for works.
Grayrigg CE School was given £85,000, which it will use for secure entrance works., while toilets are set to be refurbished at St Mark’s CE School in Natland after it won £49,000. St Thomas’ CE School, Kendal, will use £60,000 for roofing, while £90,000 will help Ambleside CE School upgrade roofing and windows.
