THE Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) has praised Windermere School after its inspection.
The quality of pupils’ achievements in the Preparatory School was judged as ‘excellent’ and children were said to have an ‘exemplary attitude’ to learning – while teaching methods were described as ‘effective in motivating and enthusing pupils’.
In senior school, inspectors said ‘often excellent teaching standards reflected the recent increase in high grades at GCSE and in the International Baccalaureate.’
