Prince William to be Duke of Kendal?
BOOKMAKERS are offering odds of 8/1 that Prince William and Kate Middleton will become the Duke and Duchess of Kendal after their marriage.
The online bookmaker Paddy Power believes the most likely choice of title will be the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with odds of 11/8, while 3/1 is available for the Duke and Duchess of Connaught.
For the couple just to be called Prince and Princess William, the odds are 7/2, while punters can back the Duke and Duchess of Windsor at 4/1, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at 6/1.
The odds were offered after Paddy Power received a request from an eager punter wanting to back Kendal.
Spokesmen for Clarence House and Buckingham Palace refused to speculate.
