WILLIAMSON Park in Lancaster has introduced a new orienteering map.
It features eight courses suitable for beginners and intermiediates, and also a course for wheelchair users.
Orienteering was intrudced into the park five years ago.
The new map incorporates not only the original parkland but the next enxtension, Fenhma Carr, a natural woodland.
The maps are issued from the park shop and a booking system is operated.
Schools, clubs and youth groups can arranged for assisted sessions (contact Elaine Charlton 01524 33318).
