OBSERVANT train passengers are needed to e-mail their comments about journeys to a rail watchdog.
The Rail Passengers Council hopes to link up electronically with 400 travellers who use Virgin CrossCountry or ScotRail trains.
The passengers will be asked to spare ten minutes each week to e-mail their views, and to respond to e-mailed questionnaires.
"These 400 people can make a real difference to train services," said Guy Dangerfield, project manager.
For more information, passengers should send their e-mail address to passengers@rail-watchdog.com
