THE farming situation in the Lakes is on the agenda for the next Neighbourhood Forum meeting when ideas about the future and proposals on how local people can help will be raised.
Guests speaker Jolyon Dodgson, of the Country Landowners Association, has been invited to share his views along with Dr Alan Fishwick, of the Lake District National Park Authority, and Nick Hill, of the National Trust.
The meeting, at 7.30pm on November 28, at Langdale Village Hall, will also feature details on events in the Lakes, updates on community projects and other issues of interest.
Suggestions for the agenda should be made to Debbie Binch on 01539 773180, fax: 01539 773183 or email: debbie.binch@cumbriacc.gov.uk
