A SPECIALIST nurse for Parkinson's Disease patients has been given a laptop computer.
Audrey Stainton was presented with technology to help her set up a database on patients by chairman of the Furness branch of the Parkinson's Disease Society Ron Cowling.
Being on-line and portable will help in her extensive research work.
South Cumbria's Parkinson's Disease nurse specialist Audrey Stainton spoke of the importance of collaborative research regarding nurse management and providing continuing evaluation.
