The man killed in the Kendal hotel fire has been named.
62-year-old Norman Picken, known locally as John Wilson from County Antrim, Northern Ireland died in the blaze which broke out in the hotel at around 12.45 on Sunday.
Forty firefighters from Kendal, Windermere, Milnthorpe and Staveley tackled the flames and Jazz's nightclub had to be evacuated.
Police are treating the blaze as suspicious and have lauched a murder investigation.
Yesterday three local men were helping police with enquiries.
Another 41-year-old man was released on bail on Monday pending further investigations.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
