AS THE last cry of 'behind you' falls away like a shooting star and the dames hang up their comedy breasts for another year, the panto season is finally over and the real fun can begin.
The Blackpool Grand Theatre is kicking things off with a jam-packed week of musical treats - a veritable selection box of genres from stylish jazz to cheesy-pop.
If your party season was a little lacking in sparkle, then don your best flapper frock and hop into the elegant twenties and thirties with The Pasadena Roof Orchestra.
Soak up the sounds of Miller, Ellington, Gershwin, Berlin and imagine the razzle dazzle of glittering late night champagne parties.
The Pasadena Roof Orchestra has as international reputation for their show which combines hot jazz, early swing and sublime dance melodies.
More than just music, their full-on stage presence and comedy routines make the Pasadenas pure entertainment.
They will appear at The Blackpool Grand for one night only Friday January 12, at 7.30pm.
Hot on the heels of Friday's jazz experience, The Queens of Country will stomp onto the Grand's stage on Saturday, January 13.
As a tribute to country music's most famous female performers - Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette and Dolly Parton - the show promises to be a once in a lifetime experience.
Well known classics such as DIVORCE , Jolene and 9 to 5 will have you singing along with a country twang before you even know it.
Okay, so country isn't cool, but if you are a closet fan, fear not.
It is possible to know every single lyric to Stand By Your Man if you remember to feign ironic enjoyment.
Alternatively, toss caution to the wind and don a sequinned Stetson.
And finally - the ultimate teen tribute show arrives at the Grand on Sunday, January 14.
Tribute acts Fantastic Britney and Boyzlife have teamed up for the evening to give a two hour show combining the best of Britney with the cream of the boy bands.
New chaps on the block Boyzlife - otherwise known as Lance, Ryan, Seth, Jamie and Ross - re-create chart-smashing numbers from the best of the blokes bands such as Westlife, A1 and Boyzone.
The show comes complete with a guest DJ and tickets are £5.00.
