KENDAL will be looking closely at pre-match preparation after their disappointment at Fylde.
"Concentration and focus was lacking, " said Director of Rugby Chris Hayton."We didn't need an extra 10 minutes at the end, we needed 10 minutes taking off the start.
"Meeting up earlier and discussing things more thoroughly is part of it and we've got be be preapred psychologically for what happens on the field right from the outset.
"The difference between winning and losing at this level is so fine that we can't afford not to have the right mental attitude because sides quickly realise you have a problem and can get on top of you.
"Their kicker did his best to keep us in the match - they could have been 30 points up and out of sight.
"There is always a temptation to alter a game-plan if things go wrong.
But I don't think we did that as much as just did'nt do the things we planned well enough and left it all too late."
