A BUS shelter and public toilets in Duke Street, Askam, are set to become an eye-catching feature when young people brighten them up with a lick of paint.
Askam and Ireleth parish council has awarded up to £250 to the scheme, organised by project officer Stephan Phelps, of the Askam and Ireleth Regeneration Partnership.
Parish clerk Jenny Donnelly said: "It will give young people a project to get their teeth in to and it turn the shelter into a feature, as well serving a purpose."
