THE RECORD books were rewritten in the wake of Kendal's amazing 92-0 rout of bottom of the table West Hartlepool at Mint Bridge on Saturday.
The spectacular 14-try demolition of the ex-Premiership outfit was their biggest ever win in league rugby.
Mike Scott's 42-point personal haul was also a National Division record for the most individual points scored in a match.
Scott topped the try-scoring with four tries, to which he added 11 successful conversions, while there was a hat-trick for right wing Jason Balmer, two for stand-off Casey Mee and other scores for Paul Dodds, Adrian Bateson, Steve Healey, Dan Stephens and Colin Wolstenholme.
Kendal were so totally on top, running in nine tries to lead 59-0 by half time, that they brought on three teenage replacements at half-time.
Stand-off Mee generously switched roles with full back Scott to spice up the afternoon and they then and then added another five tries despite being reduced to 14 men for virtually the last quarter when they lost a man through injury.
Now Kendal are aiming to pull off the double over promotion-challenging Rosslyn Park on Saturday week.
