CINEMA-GOERS at Keswick can look forward to a feast of entertainment during the second Keswick Film Festival next weekend.
More than 900 tickets were sold during the inaugural festival and organisers the Keswick Film Club are repeating the successful combination of venues and variety of themes from February 9-11.
Theatre by the Lake is to host Literature Through The Lens, a celebration of literary screen adaptations, including Titus, starring Anthony Hopkins; the Proust adaptation Time Regained; Terence Davies's The House of Mirth; and the film version of Nick Hornby's best-seller High Fidelity.
Another festival theme is a Coen brothers retrospective.
The Alhambra cinema will host three of their films, including their latest, O Brother, Where Art Thou.
