The four-day Furness Tradition Folklore Festival in Ulverston starts tomorrow (Thursday) with a young people's showcase in the Coronation Hall at 2.30pm.
More than 120 youngsters from schools in the area will be
showing off their clog dancing talents, as well as singing, dancing and storytelling.
On Friday at 8pm there is a sing-along
session being held in Glaxo Social Club and on Saturday there will be a mass Morris-dancing procession in the town centre with music being played in the pubs.
The event ends on Sunday with various displays in Market Square.
