A DATE has been set for Netherfield's next step in their bid to retain the Thwaites Lancashire Cup.
The Parkside Road team will now meet Leigh at home in the quarter-finals on Sunday, July 22.
Netherfield, defeated Cherry Tree of the Ribblesdale League by 64 runs at the weekend.
Opening batsman Tommy Prime hit 60 out of Netherfield's 162-5 and the visitors were all out for 98 with David Wheatman taking 3-11.Netherfield are at home to Lancaster tomorrow (Saturday) with Kendal away to Leyland Motors.
