BURNESIDE got their act together in the Hackney and Leigh Trophy on Sunday to book their second semi-final place this season with a 54-run victory over Second Division leaders Silverdale.

Arnside's result card from Saturday was declared invalid by the league, but they would be still top of the table after a comfortable 145-run victory over Milnthorpe, who collapsed in dire fashion for a side which had reached the National Village Knockout regional final in their last match.
