AN audience of 100 moshed the night away at a Kendal gig organised by Vibe, a youth project offering young people the chance to experiment with music, photography and art.
The concert featured three fantastic performances from up-and-coming local bands Frozen Phoenix, the Kamikazees and Loki.
Technical support was provided by Jonny Oates, Chris Elleray and Neil McGovern.
The colourful scenery was created by Kat Brett, Laura Wilks and other volunteers while Ben Hampshire, Sarah Jennison and Kirsty Griffith cooked up a storm at the indoor barbeque.
Vibe has been supported by Connexions Cumbria, with up to 30 people meeting weekly at Kendal's Castle Street Youth Centre.
Russell Colman, youth worker with Vibe, said: "The project has been a huge success with a great mix of young people having the opportunity to express themselves and learn new skills in a creative environment.
I hope that they get the opportunity to build on their achievements in the future."
