CARTMEL Races are back on after the foot-and-mouth outbreak and the Westmorland Gazette is teaming up with the racecourse to offer our competition winner FOUR paddock badges for their choice of a day's racing at the forcthcoming August Bank Holiday meeting on Saturday, August 25 and Monday, August 27.
