LOCAL cricket-lovers face a feast of Bank Holiday action with Netherfield and Kendal playing back-to-back derby matches.
Lying first and second respectively in the Bay Northern Premier League, the sides were already due to meet on Bank Holiday Monday.
But plans to give the players and their families a holiday break by staging the Slater Cup semi-final on Tuesday were scuppered by rain and the match will now take place on Sunday.
Kendal looked to be in the driving seat at that stage when 46-2 with nine.
