FAMILIAR faces on the local music circuit, world-music maestros the Baghdaddies, are gearing up to play at the Theatre By The Lake at Keswick as part of a new theatrical venture.
This is the first time the band has joined forces with a professional theatre company.
The little theatre company with a big reputation, Monster Productions, has teamed up with the band to produce musical Street of Strangers.
The Baghdaddies mix Balkan beats and melodies with modern dance, jazz and ska.
They have performed in gigs from Brighton to Budapest and have appeared several times in the South Lakes area.
