FIDDLE-DRIVEN Celtic rock is on offer at Morecambe's Platform this week.
Blue Horses and support, the current darlings of the roots festival circuit are booked to play at the venue on April 13.
The twin-fiddle offensive will be launched by Liz Prendergast and Deb Peake with bursts of reels, and plenty of heart-felt hollering.
A genuine hybrid of music from Celtic nations The Blue Horses also incorporate sounds from other nations including England, The US and Eastern Europe with a persistent rock-and-roll flavour.
It is a danceable mix of acoustic songs, complex arrangements and improvisation.
Expect high energy levels, blazing reels and plenty of sweat.
