CASTERTON School's production of Cabaret was a spectacular success.
Lindsay Bentham made the demanding part of Sally Bowles - immortalised on film by Liza Minnelli - her own, and brought the house down with her version of the title song.
The actors, dancers and musicians gave superbly talented performances, and the production was sprinkled with imaginative touches, such as the Kit Kat Girls coming down into the audience to pour drinks for the Ringside table customers.
Director Nici Marriott was highly praised for her tremendous flair and rapport with her cast.
