YOUNG linguists from Ingleton have been playing host to pen pals from across the Channel after welcoming a party of French pupils from their twin town.
The group from La Chapelle Des Marais arrived at Ingleton Middle School on Tuesday evening to meet host families from Ingleton and Bentham at the start of the seven-day visit which was packed with trips to the White Scar Caves, the Lake District, Bradford's IMAX cinema, York Minster and the Jorvic Museum.
Pupils from Ingleton are making an exchange visit to the French school at the end of May.
